Meeting Room
Starting at $35 / hour
Boardroom table, screen, whiteboard, Wi-Fi, coffee and water. Ideal for mediations and client meetings.
Wellness & Consultation Suite
Starting at $40 / hour
Warm, private, sound-considered room for therapy, coaching, postpartum and lactation consultations. Discreet entry and a quiet waiting nook.
Client Prep Room
Starting at $45 / hour
Private room for attorney-client preparation, depositions prep or sensitive conversations.
Starting rates; your quote is confirmed with your request. Larger or premium rooms, non-member use and peak times are quoted higher. Members book at reduced rates and can apply monthly meeting credits. Final room capacities will follow the building's approved occupant load. Parking is not included — confirmations include garage, street and rideshare directions.

Reception welcomes your clients, coffee and water are set out, and the room is reset before and after you. Setup support is available if you want tables, signage, welcome items or simple styling handled for you.
